Updated Travel Bus Options for Friday June 13

Dear visitors,

Following up on the travel update we shared yesterday regarding the NS train strike on Friday June 13: even though this has brought unexpected extra costs and a lot of last-minute challenges, as the availability of buses and drivers is limited, we’ve worked closely with Pouw Vervoer to arrange additional travel options, so we can still help as many of you as possible make it to the festival.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL BUS OPTIONS
We have arranged additional buses departing from the following NS stations

- Oss – (100 seats per timeslot)
- Breda – 2 buses (100 seats per timeslot
- Zaltbommel – 3 buses (150 seats per timeslot)

These buses will depart towards the festival site at these exact times:

- 09:00
- 13:00
- 17:00

Please don't bring too much luggage (no handcarts or trolleys).

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SEAT
When purchasing your original shuttle bus ticket, you indicated which day you planned to arrive. All visitors who selected Friday will receive an email from us shortly. It’s not possible to purchase tickets on the spot; this can only be done via the email sent to shuttle bus ticket holders.

In that email, you’ll find a personal code that gives you access to a ticket shop, where you can:

1. Reserve a seat (time slot) on one of the additional buses from Oss, Breda or Zaltbommel.
2. Keep your existing shuttle ticket if you still plan to travel via Tilburg station (if you can get there by other means).
3. Request a full refund for your shuttle bus ticket.
4. Donate the value of your ticket to Stichting ALS Nederland (a social partner of Pouw Vervoer).

Because of the short notice, you can select your preferred option (reserve a seat on one of the extra buses, keep your ticket, request a refund, or donate your ticket) until tonight at 23:59.

Without a seat reservation, you cannot board these buses.

RETURN TRIPS AND ONE-WAY TICKETS
If you no longer need the shuttle on Friday but still want to use the shuttle for your return trip, you can request a refund for your original ticket and then book a one-way return journey via the regular shuttle bus ticket shop.

Saturday, Sunday & Monday
On Saturday June 14, Sunday June 15, and Monday June 16, train and shuttle bus services will operate as scheduled.

A few practical notes
- Parking at the festival site is still widely available. Parking tickets can be purchased here.
- Due to expected heavier traffic on Friday, please leave early and bring some water for the journey, just in case.
