We usually associate hammocks with peace and quiet. This Norwegian trio, however, is anything but. Hammok's hefty mishmash of math punk, noise rock, post-hardcore and alternative metal feels more akin to playing dodge ball with death bots. Songs unfold in delightful non-puristic ways too, taking inspiration from hip-hop and autotuned pop to inject their brand of heavy music with a fresh and exciting twist.
