One might consider psychedelic music as something that involves a lot of reverb and effects, but once you’ve seen a Kikagaku Moyo show, you realize they are the real deal. Their sets are exotic, delicate and rife with otherworldly textures. So much so even that there’s no need to ingest narcotics to feel your surroundings expand, contort and stretch into a glazed dreamworld. Seeing is believing… well, barely believing.
