Elsemarijn Bruys creates big artworks and designs parts of buildings, always thinking about how her structures affect you when are inside of them or near them. Bruys – who began her career in fashion design – chose air as one of the biggest companions in her art. In her capable hands, air can make shapes change: straight lines turn into curves, empty spaces get filled, and sceneries look like they are breathing in and out.
