Slimfit

Boisterous & nonconformist Caribbean flavours

Slimfit
  • Saturday 13  →  2.00 - 4.00

Slimfit grew up in an environment where Afro-Caribbean music shared a cabinet with The Cure.

This may or may not explain the Amsterdam-based artist’s cavalier instincts behind the booth; a dogma-shattering mix of Latin percussion, Afro-electronic rhythms, and explosive rave styles, where impulsiveness and camp are fully embraced. Slimfit experiments across many disciplines: both behind the decks and beyond, their work revolves around intuition, resistance, and connection.
