Captivating Mediterranean dream pop
-
Sunday 14 → 12.00 - 12.45
In Greek songwriter Σtella’s music, you can literally smell the sea air and the dizzy spells of unspoken attraction.
Her sultry, crisply arranged tunes inspire you to take a breather from life’s familiar strains, through the prism of the quirky, vibrant synth-pop of debut LP ‘The Break’ or the more cinematic seaside scenes of ‘Up And Away’. With the latter, Σtella achieved the milestone of being the first Greek artist to be signed by legendary indie label Sub Pop.
