Irish indie rock phenoms

Kids are rummaging parents’ music collections, and subsequently starting cool new bands. You can add Irish indie rockers NewDad to that crop.

Those tried and true sounds clashing head on with restless, radical youth makes for something unspeakbly fresh. NewDad's gloomy but playful concoction of grunge, shoegaze and dream pop is likewise brimming with brilliant melodies and a lightning-in-the bottle energy that's hard to match.
